‘Art for environment’s sake’

She is a warrior and her weapon is art. 

Gerimara Vinaya Manuel is an environmental activist and a visual artist who chooses to use her craft to amplify the voice of the vulnerable communities and heed the cry of the Earth. 

Manuel is the New Media Specialist of Living Laudato Si Philippines, a faith-based environmental organization. 

The following artworks were used in various campaigns and projects. These aim to inspire other visual artists to use their ‘art for the environment’s sake.’
